Every Coder employed by ComforceHealth is credentialed, experienced and tested before they are placed on your assignment. Once they are on assignment, they are regularly reviewed and required to maintain productivity and quality standards.
To reinforce our standards, our Coding Educators facilitate regular round table learning sessions in which our Coder participate. The Coders also have the opportunity to earn continuing education credits to retain their credentials.
